Large, very attractive cottage (renovated former farm) in a very small village, amidst meadows and forests in a quiet location, 3 km from Kasperk Castle and 10 km from Susice in Sumava.

2x equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer) each in a large living room with tiled stove and large dining table, 6 bedrooms on the floor (4/3, 2/4), 1x bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC and pissoire, 1x bathroom with shower, toilet and urinal, 4x bathroom with shower and toilet, hot-air heating, central vacuum cleaner. Fenced parcel, enclosed courtyard, roofed terrace, roofed outdoor seating with pizza oven (bread, meat, etc.) and Campingaz portable grill, campfire ring with seating, garden furniture, children's play area (slide, swing, sandbox). Parking by the house or in the courtyard, pets for a fee. At the house there is a sheep enclosure. Needed own bed linen, or for a fee 4 €/piece, a mandatory bed sheet fee of 1,5 € / piece.
