Fenced garden in a small forest park, sunken solar heated swimming pool 9x3,5 m, roofed arbour with lighting, portable grill, tennis court, fireplace with seating, garden furniture. Parking by the house, pets allowed. The whole building is originally and periodically equipped - completely unique historical equipment.

Swimming in the pool by the house, Slapy water reservoir 30 km (all water sports, swimming, fishing, diving, yachting, boat and pedal rental, windsurfing), Karlstejn golf resort 8 km (18 holes course). Excursions to the surroundings: Prague (a number of cultural events, cinemas, theaters, concerts, museums, exhibitions), castles and chateaux nearby: Karlstejn, Konopiště, Krivoklat, Orlik nad Vltavou, Zvíkov), Český kras (Koneprus caves, Aksamitova gate, Golden Horse, Kobyla), water reservoirs Vrané and Štěchovice, Jezírko na Hřebeny, Albertov rocks.
