Fenced property with a stylish and maintained garden - shared with the housekeeper, outdoor covered swimming pool 9,5x4,5x1,5 m with night lighting and counter water flow, stand-alone outdoor sauna with a relaxing area (for a fee), garden shower, terrace with sitting and stone fireplace , granite desk, garden ornamental lake. Grass field for lazy tennis, football, badminton. Parking by the house, pet for extra charge. Possibility to rent two bicycles for a fee. 40 m from the house there is a stylish pub with a service provider (almost exclusively for the guests).

The closest possibility to swim in the swimming pool by the house, swimming pool 3 km. Cycling in the former border zone (beautiful paths in the forests). Mushrooming and gathering of berries in surrounding forests. Excursions to the surroundings and a visit to the Bohemian Forest (very preserved virgin nature) and Šumava. Silver - a historical square with a beautiful Art Nouveau town hall, a mining and mineralogy museum, Tachov with its historic core and castle, the World's second largest riding school in Europe. Castles and chateaus: Kynžvart, Bor, Horšovský Týn. Spa circuit: Mariánské Lázně, Konstantinova and Františkovy Lázně, Karlovy Vary. Pilsen with ZOO and Dinopark.
