Location

Extremely attractive Austrian chalet (Czech landlord) located directly below the Mölltal Glacier, 300 m from the Alpe-Adria-Trail, 400 m from the heated swimming pool, 700 m from the ski lift and 8 km from the ski area (Mölltaler Gletscher) in the Hohe Tauern.

Price

Summer: up to 6 people 125 € object/night, each additional person 13 € bed/night (13.5. - 31.10.). Winter: up to 6 people 133 € object/night, each additional person 13 € bed/night (1.11. - 12.5.). Children up to 2.99 years free!!! Including electricity and wood consumption and final cleaning.

Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster) with dining table and access to the terrace, living room with tiled stove and LCD satellite, 4 bedrooms (1/1, 1/2, 2/3 ), 2x bathroom with shower and toilet, 1x separate toilet, central heating, heated ski boot dryer, ski room, bicycle shed. Large, partially fenced property, covered patio with grill, sandpit, children's house, table tennis. Parking by the object (even in winter), pets are not allowed. WI-FI internet connection.

Holiday

On foot from about 1 - 5 minutes: restaurants, bars, groceries, tennis courts, heated swimming pool, bank, ski bus stop, outdoor center for rafting, canyoning, paintball, speed water, paintball, climbing wall. Mölltalradweg 300 m, Raggaschlucht 2 km, fishing (trout, grayling) on the Möll. Heiligenblut under Austria's highest mountain Großglockner with world-famous alpine road - a paradise for bikers, Lienz - the historical center of East Tyrol. The nearest ski lift 700 m (400 m long), Mölltal Glacier ski area 8 km.

In the high season, stays are at least weekly (Sat-Sat). The dates of the main season for the year 2024/2025:
