Equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker) with a sitting area in the living room with LCD SAT and access to a lighted terrace, 2 bedrooms (1/2, 1/3), bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, central heating. Fenced property, covered patio under the terrace, outdoor grill, garden furniture. Parking by the object (also in winter), no pets! WI-FI internet connection.
